"Spring is the time of plans and projects." ~ Tolstoy
Plans and projects, indeed, lovely readers! If you're like me, it seems you blink and your calendar is suddenly full every weekend through Fourth of July.
That said, I have two upcoming signings to bring to your attention.
The first is this weekend, at the Free Public Library of Monroe Township, where I'll be joining other local authors for their 2nd Annual Meet the Author Book Festival on Saturday, April 27th. This event runs from 10 am to 3 pm, by the organic garden located on the side of the library. In the event of inclement weather, you can find us inside in Meeting Rooms A & B.
Looking ahead to May, I'm thrilled to return to Barnes & Noble on Saturday, the 18th. This signing begins at 11 am. Hope to see you there!!
Last week, I got to spend the afternoon with another fabulous group of readers! Special thanks to Nancy Stevick for opening up your beautiful home, and gracious hospitality. I'm so honored your group chose Thicker Than Water for your April read! These readers asked some thought-provoking questions, all of which I was more than happy to answer. What a great discussion!!
Oh, and did I mention the cookies? So. Adorable. And yummy, too. A member ordered them from Amici Mullica Hill. Highly recommend!!
Did you know Cape May has a new podcast? It's hosted by Jane Gober, who writes and manages Cape May Days, a blog dedicated to all things Cape May and the many wonderful small businesses America's #FirstResort has to offer.
In addition blogging, Jane was a host for FerryVision, as well as a guest speaker on Cape May Radio WCFA 101.5
I had a great time talking with her about how and why I chose Cape May as the setting for my #historicalfiction trilogy, my characters, and a glimpse into what readers can expect in the forthcoming sequel, No Greater Love.
Happy listening!
